I'm not receiving any conscious feedback from my physical self. I can see everything in cyberspace as well as hear it, but other than through camera lenses and the like, I appear to be unable to interact with the real world. I've checked on my body through the cameras in my home and I can't move myself at all. It's quite perturbing.

I can imagine. I also imagine you've tried everything you already can, and thus settled on me. I find it takes quite a bit of concentration to interact specifically with what I want. Instead of clinging to the tech for dear life, do you think there is a way you could let go? Or if you found yourself flowing out of your body into the tech, perhaps there is a way to find your way back? Don't make me come in there and get you, Q.

If I let go, I end up going deeper into the networks. It's all a bit... dazzling. If I look around trying to find a way back, I get distracted, so I latch on to something. Your networking device is my current anchor, in any case. I suspect something about being swallowed by information makes it difficult to retain one's focus...

I can't say I've ever literally left my body behind to traverse the expanse of the network from within, no. Hold on.

My body is my PC - of course I still have a pulse if I'm still conscious in here. Don't contact Bond, he'll just make a hash of things and take away my computer privileges or some nonsense like that. If worse comes to worst, I'd be more keen on you coming over and knocking my body out.

Not nearly as much as James, I assure you. And I give him a good run for his money. His fists can attest to that much. Is your device against your person? If there's some way you could jump through, say, electrical impulses, that might be useful.
